CAKE FLAVORS AVAILABLE
 
All of our recipes use real butter and real eggs, and  are moist and rich. They are handmade from scratch with love and care. We do custom baking only; all cakes are baked after they are ordered. This assures you of the very freshest cake.   

Standard Choices
Standard choices of white, yellow and chocolate are available, as well as our family's favorite special recipes. 
 
Rich Butter Cake
Made with real butter and eggs and special flavorings. This cake is a delight to all!
 
Italian Cream
Our homemade Italian cream is a moist and rich cake with coconut and toasted pecans. Traditionally cream cheese icing is used, but you may also choose buttercream for this delicious cake.
 
Lemon IceBox Cake
A light lemon cake, filled with homemade lemon icebox pie filling and frosted with whipped cream. 
 
German Chocolate
Traditional German Chocolate cake with our own homemade German Chocolate icing. A very delicious and rich cake made completely from scratch, just like Grandma's was!
 
Coconut
An old fashioned favorite. Moist and delicious. Frosted with whipped cream or buttercream icing.
 
Red Velvet
This cake has just a hint of chocolate flavor is a very moist cake. Traditionally, cream cheese icing is used, but you may also choose buttercream icing for this delicious cake. 

Banana Flip
An old fashioned moist cake that is made with buttermilk, eggs and mashed bananas. It is wonderful with cream cheese or butter cream icing. 
 
Pineapple
An old family recipe using real pineapples in the batter. It is a moist cake and frosted with buttercream icing.
 
Fresh Strawberry Cake
An old family recipe is used to make this favorite cake with fresh ingredients. It is decorated with the luscious  buttercream recipe.
 
 
"14 Carot"  Carrot Cake
Fresh carrots, walnuts, pineapple and coconut are some of the ingredients used to make this old favorite. It is two layers filled with our own rich cream cheese icing and decorated to your specifications.
